What does 'Organic' mean? Organic food is produced by the use of more natural farming methods. To ensure that the food that reaches our shelves is truly organic, each producer must be approved by either The Organic Food Federation, The Soil Association or The Organic Farmers and Growers, who regulate the production of Organic foods to ensure that they are entirely organic.
