Apple and Elderflower Fizz

Ingredients

  • 300ml apple and elderflower juice
  • ½ Braeburn apple, halved and thinly sliced
  • 4 large basil leaves, finely shredded, plus 2 sprigs to serve
  • 200ml elderflower tonic water
  • Ice, to serve

Method

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice. Divide the apple slices and basil leaves between the glasses, then add and elderflower juice.

  2. Stir the glasses well then top with the elderflower tonic, stir once more then garnish with a basil sprig and serve straightaway.
