Take 4 clean jam jars or kilner jars. Divide the muesli between the 4 jam jars then spoon over half the yoghurt.
Divide the apple, seeds and blueberries between the jar, then finish with a layer of yoghurt.
Serve straightaway or keep sealed in the fridge, for no more than 48 hours, until ready to serve. Great for taking to work, or breakfast on the go!
