Baba Ganoush Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 slices seeded sourdough bread
  • 40g baba ganoush
  • 1 very small handful wild rocket
  • 30g slow roasted tomatoes
  • 10g crumbled feta
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Toast the bread until golden brown.

  2. Set onto a serving plate and top with the baba ganoush, rocket, slow roasted tomatoes and feta.

  3. Season with black pepper and serve straightaway.
