Orange and Mango Cocktail recipe

Ingredients

  • 20g sherbet
  • 200ml 50% less sugar orange and mango juice
  • 200ml pineapple juice
  • 400ml diet lemonade
  • 200g chopped mixed fruit - oranges, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries

Method

  1. Tip the sherbet into a jug, add 50ml orange and mango juice and mix really well until dissolved.

  2. Add the remaining juice and stir well.

  3. Fill 4 glasses with ice, and top with the juice. Scatter the fruit over the top then gently pour in the lemonade.

  4. Scatter the popping candy over the top and serve straightaway.

  5. Tip the sherbet into a small bowl, add 50ml orange and mango juice and mix really well until dissolved.

  6. Add the remaining juice and stir well then pour into a large serving jug.

  7. Add a large handful of ice, then gently pour in the lemonade, add the fruit and stir to combine.

  8. Pour into glasses to serve.
