Side Dishes Starters/Snacks Baba Ganoush & Feta Toast

  Ingredients
- 2 slices seeded sourdough bread
- 40g baba ganoush
- 1 very small handful wild rocket
- 30g slow roasted tomatoes
- 10g crumbled feta
- Freshly ground black pepper

Method
- 
	Toast the bread until golden brown. 
- 
	Set onto a serving plate and top with the baba ganoush, rocket, slow roasted tomatoes and feta. 
- 
	Season with black pepper and serve straightaway.
