• 1 x 400g pack TGIF BBQ beef brisket
  • 1 pack 4 quarter pound beef burgers
  • 4 mature cheddar cheese slices
  • 1 onion, cut into rings
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 4 x 1cm thick slices iceberg lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced


  1. Cook the beef brisket according to pack instructions.
  2. Cook the burgers according to pack instructions or on the BBQ.
  3. Shred the beef brisket and mix with the sauce.
  4. Top the burger with cheese and and cook for another couple of minutes until jut softened.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the cut side.
  6. Spread the bottom bun with BBQ sauce.
  7. Layer up the lettuce, tomatoes, cheeseburger and red onion.
  8. Spoon over the top of the burger and top with the burger bun.
  9. Serve straightaway.
