Side Dishes Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner Butterflied Chicken Breast

Ingredients
- 2 Jack’s chicken breasts
- ¼ bottle Jack’s BBQ sauce (110g)
- Serve with Florette Crispy or Mixed salad bag
Method
- Lay the chicken breasts flat onto the board.
- Cut in half horizontally leave the 2 halves intact.
- Open them out like a book.
- Toss with the BBQ sauce and leave to marinate for up to 4 hours.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side on a griddle pan or BBQ, until cooked through.
- Serve with salad.
