Butterflied Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 2 Jack’s chicken breasts
  • ¼ bottle Jack’s BBQ sauce (110g)
  • Serve with Florette Crispy or Mixed salad bag

Method

  1. Lay the chicken breasts flat onto the board.
  2. Cut in half horizontally leave the 2 halves intact.
  3. Open them out like a book.
  4. Toss with the BBQ sauce and leave to marinate for up to 4 hours.
  5. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side on a griddle pan or BBQ, until cooked through.
  6. Serve with salad.
