Side Dishes Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner Chicken Ceasar Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, leaves kept whole but separated – 3 leaves per wrap
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 150g cooked chicken breast
- 40g croutons
- 4 rashers cooked streaky bacon, crumbled
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 25g parmesan, peeled into slivers
- 2-3 tbsp Ceasar dressing
Method
- Stack 3 whole iceberg leaves into a bowl like shape.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Add the chicken, croutons, bacon, spring onions and parmesan.
- Top with the Ceasar dressing.
- Lay onto parchment paper and wrap tightly to secure.
- Eat straightaway or place in the fridge until needed.
- Cut in half to serve.
