Chocolate Brownie Cheesecake


  • 150g cream cheese
  • 200ml double cream
  • 25g icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 16 Jack’s chocolate brownie bites
  • 100g Nutella
  • 20g dark chocolate


  1. Cut the base out of a clean small baked bean tin to create a cylinder.

  2. Whisk cream cheese, double cream, icing sugar and vanilla together until firm peaks form.

  3. Cut brownies in half horizontally and squish as flat as possible.

  4. Place the tin, cut side down, onto a serving plate.

  5. Squish a couple of brownies into the base.

  6. Spread a little Nutella over the brownies.

  7. Spoon cheese mix on top.

  8. Add a couple more brownies and Nutella.

  9. Spoon more cheese mix on top and smooth flat.

  10. Finely grate chocolate over the top.
