- 280g Lindt Excellence 70% dark chocolate
- 290ml double cream
- 50g butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 50g chopped nuts
Chop the chocolate and place in a bowl.
Heat the double cream and butter in a small pan to simmering point then pour over the chopped chocolate. Stir until it has all melted and you have a smooth glossy mixture. Chill for 3-4 hours until set.
Roll the chocolate mixture into small balls before rolling in either the cocoa powder or nuts.
For a simple and elegant gift, carefully place in the centre of a square of cellophane and tie with coloured ribbon.
