Christmas Tree style recipes | Cheese & Pineapple Tree

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple
  • 10 large red grapes
  • 4 Baby Bel, 3 halved and 1 whole
  • 9 pitted green olives
  • 4 large white grapes, halved
  • 2 Cathedral City small blocks of cheddar, cut into small cubes
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, halved

Method

  1. Cut pineapple away from core, leaving a pineapple cone.
  2. Cut flesh into 8 small pieces – chop and use the rest separately.
  3. Starting at the bottom, stick toothpicks into the food and then stick into the pineapple cone.
  4. Repeat with a layer of each ingredient.
  5. Place the last Baby Bel upright on top and finish with a star.
