Side Dishes Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner Christmas Tree

Ingredients
- 1 pineapple
- 10 large red grapes
- 4 Baby Bel, 3 halved and 1 whole
- 9 pitted green olives
- 4 large white grapes, halved
- 2 Cathedral City small blocks of cheddar, cut into small cubes
- 2 cherry tomatoes, halved
Method
- Cut pineapple away from core, leaving a pineapple cone.
- Cut flesh into 8 small pieces – chop and use the rest separately.
- Starting at the bottom, stick toothpicks into the food and then stick into the pineapple cone.
- Repeat with a layer of each ingredient.
- Place the last Baby Bel upright on top and finish with a star.
