Side Dishes Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner Crispy Burrata With Chilli Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 burrata, drained
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 40g breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried onion granules
- 100g Lloyd Grossman tomato and chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp finely grated parmesan
- 1 handful basil leaves
Method
- Season the flour and egg with salt and black pepper.
- Tip the breadcrumbs, oregano, smoked paprika and dried onion into a bowl.
- Roll the burrata in the flour, then in the egg.
- Dip the egg into the crumbs and turn around to coat.
- Place in the air fryer, set at 175°C for 5-8 minutes until golden and hot through.
- Meanwhile, heat the tomato and chilli sauce according to packet instructions.
- Spoon the sauce onto a serving plate.
- Top with the crispy burrata, parmesan and basil leaves.
