Filled Deli Cones

Ingredients

  • 1 x peppered salami
  • 1 x serrano ham
  • 1 x sliced roast beef topside
  • 1 x green olives
  • 1 x 120g Just Tapas slow roast tomatoes
  • 1 x Castello Creamy Blue cheese, cut into chunks
  • 1 x Port Salut
  • 1 x bread sticks

Method

  1. Cut 8 squares  squares (15cm x 15cm) of Bacofoil 2 in 1 parchment and foil.

  2. Take bottom lefthand corner and twist around your hand to form a cone.

  3. Fill the cone with twists of salami, ham and beef.

  4. Add olives, tomatoes, cheese and bread sticks.

  5. Serve straightaway.
