Frozen Banana Snickers


  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • 100g Jack’s crunchy peanut butter
  • 100g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 30g Jack’s roasted salted peanuts, chopped


  1. Split the bananas lengthways and cut into chunks.
  2. Dollop peanut butter on the cut side.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl in the microwave.
  4. Place the bananas onto a lined tray and drizzle the chocolate over the top.
  5. Scatter with peanuts.
  6. Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour until solid.
