Fruit And Nut S'Mores

Ingredients

  • 8 Euro Shopper chocolate chip cookies
  • 40g Euro Shopper fruit and nut chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 4 marshmallows

Method

  1. Lay 4 of the cookies onto a board and top with the chopped chocolate.

  2. Place a marshmallow on top of each one.

  3. Place either in the microwave for 40 seconds on high/ in the air fryer at 200C for 3-4 minutes/oven at 200C, fan 180C, gas mark 6 for 10 minutes.

  4. Remove carefully and top with the remaining cookies and squish gently.

  5. Serve straightaway or allow to cool totally then store in a tightly sealed box until needed.
