Grand Cheesecake


  • 4 x 280g mature cheddar
  • 2 x 200g brie
  • 2 x 150g creamy blue cheese
  • 2 x 150g garlic and herb cheese
  • 1 x 140g camembert
  • 1 x 100g goat’s cheese

  1. Take a large board and place 2 pieces of mature cheddar in the centre to form a rectangle, top with 2 more pieces directly on top.

  2. Place the 2 pieces of brie at right angles on top in the centre to form another rectangle.

  3. Place the 2 pieces of creamy blue cheese on top to form a disc.

  4. Place the 2 pieces of garlic herb cheese on top of each other.

  5. Top with the camembert and then finally the goat’s cheese – you should now have a tower of cheese!

  6. Ideally, leave at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving.
