
Ingredients
- 80ml strong hot coffee
- 1 Magnum ice cream
- 30ml milk
- 1 handful ice
- 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
Method
- Pour the coffee into a heatproof glass.
- Press the Magnum into the coffee and allow to melt.
- Put the sugar, instant coffee and 1 tbsp water into a small bowl.
- Whisk vigorously until thick and foamy.
- Pour the melted Magnum over the top and swirl to combine.
- Pour the milk and ice into a separate glass.
- Pour the foam on top of the iced chocolate coffee and serve.
