Iced Chocolate Coffee

Ingredients

  • 80ml strong hot coffee
  • 1 Magnum ice cream
  • 30ml milk
  • 1 handful ice
  • 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee

Method

  1. Pour the coffee into a heatproof glass.
  2. Press the Magnum into the coffee and allow to melt.  
  3. Put the sugar, instant coffee and 1 tbsp water into a small bowl.
  4. Whisk vigorously until thick and foamy.
  5. Pour the melted Magnum over the top and swirl to combine.
  6. Pour the milk and ice into a separate glass.
  7. Pour the foam on top of the iced chocolate coffee and serve.
