Jelly Jam Jars


  • 1 litre fruit juice
  • 2 sachets gelatine powder
  • Selection mixed berries
  • 200ml double cream, lightly whipped


  • Jug
  • Small saucepan
  • Electric whisk


  1. Pour the fruit juice into a small saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the gelatine powder and whisk into the hot juice.

  2. Continue to heat until totally dissolved, stirring occasionally.

  3. Pour into a selection of glasses or jam jars and place in the fridge until set - at least 2 hours.

  4. Decorate the jelly with mixed berries and good dollop of cream.
