La Gioiosa Festive Orange Fizz - Cocktail Recipes


  • 25ml dry martini
  • 50ml orange liqueur, eg. Cointreau or Grand Marnier
  • 1 orange, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 300ml La Gioiosa prosecco


  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the dry martini, orange liqueur and the orange peel.

  2. Shake well then strain into a glass.

  3. Add half the orange wedges and a couple of strips of the peel, then top with the prosecco and stir.

  4. Serve straightaway.
