Side Dishes Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner Lebanese Kofta Pinwheels

Ingredients
- 1 x 400g pack Jack’s minced beef (20% fat)
- 1 onion, roughly chopped
- 1 pack Jack’s flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp FUNKY Soul Spices Chilli Powder Blended Spice Mix
- 2 large tortillas
- 1 pot Jack’s red pepper houmous
- 1 pot Jack’s tzatziki
Method
- Tip the beef, onion, ¾ of the parsley and the spices into a processor and blitz until smooth.
- Spread over the tortillas.
- Roll up and cut each tortilla into 6.
- Press onto a long metal skewer, or soaked wooden skewer.
- Cook over a medium hot bbq or griddle pan, until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
- Spread the red pepper humus dip onto a plate.
- Top with the kofta pinwheels, last of the parsley and serve with the tzatziki.
