Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner Lentil and Halloumi Biryani

  Ingredients
- 1 x 440g Jack’s tikka masala sauce
- 1 x 400g tin lentils, drained and rinsed
- 1 x 250g halloumi, drained and cut into chunks
- 1 x 250g Jack’s microwaveable Pilau Rice
- 160g frozen peas
- 2 tbsp roughly chopped coriander
Method
- 
	Tip the sauce into a medium saucepan, add the lentils and halloumi and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. 
- 
	When bubbling, add the rice and peas and heat through until piping hot. 
- 
	Stir in half the coriander, then decant into serving bowls and scatter the remaining coriander over the top. 
- 
	Serve straightaway.
