  Ingredients
- 8 ready to eat waffles
 - 2 oranges, zested, then peeled and cut into slices
 - 6 tbsp marmalade
 - 4 tbsp dark runny honey
 - 2 tbsp water
 - 120g Greek yoghurt/kefir/thickened natural yoghurt
 
Or ingredients for make your own waffles –
- 250g plain flour
 - 1 tbsp baking powder
 - ½ tsp salt
 - 1 tbsp caster sugar
 - 3 eggs
 - 275ml semi skimmed milk
 - 50ml vegetable oil/melted butter
 
Method
- 
	
Heat the waffles according to packet instructions.
 - 
	
Heat the marmalade, honey and water in a small pan or in a bowl in the microwave, until melted, stirring constantly.
 - 
	
Divide the waffles between serving plates and layer up with the marmalade, orange slices and a dollop of yoghurt. Drizzle the last of the marmalade over the top, scatter with the orange zest and serve straightaway.
 
Method for make your own waffles -
- 
	
Preheat the oven to 150°C, fan 130°, gas mark 2.
 - 
	
Tip the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar into a large bowl and stir together. Add the eggs, milk, oil/melted butter and half the orange zest and whisk until smooth.
 - 
	
Ladle some of the batter into each well of the waffle maker and close the lid and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until golden-brown and crispy.
 - 
	
Decant the waffles onto a tray in the oven to keep warm while you make the remaining waffles.
 - 
	
Repeat with the remaining batter.
