Meatball Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 2 Jack’s ready to bake white baguettes, cut in half lengthways
  • 300g Jack’s bolognaise sauce
  • 1 x 200g pack Swedish style meatballs, cut in half
  • 100g Jack’s grated mozzarella
  • Freshly ground black pepper not counted in costing
  • 2.5g basil, torn

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.

  2. Lay the baguette halves, cut side up onto a baking tray.

  3. Spread the sauce over the baguettes, top with the meatballs.

  4. Scatter the mozzarella over the top.

  5. Place in the oven to bake for 15 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.

  6. Season with black pepper and serve straightaway topped with the basil.
