Desserts Mini Egg Mug Cake

  Ingredients
- 2 tbsp softened butter or spread
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 tbsp semi-skimmed milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 medium egg
- 4 level tbsp self-raising flour
- 50g chocolate mini eggs, 2/3 roughly chopped
- Sprinkles to garnish
Method
- 
	Place the butter into a bowl. Add the sugar, milk, vanilla, egg and beat until smooth. 
- 
	Tip the flour in and mix until smooth. 
- 
	Divide between 2 small mugs then scatter the chopped mini eggs over the top. 
- 
	Place both in the microwave together and heat on high for 1 minute 40 secs (700W). 
- 
	Leave to sit for 30 seconds then top with the remaining mini eggs and sprinkles. Best eaten warm
