Moscow Mule Fizz

Ingredients

  • 2 limes
  • 12 raspberries
  • 12 basil leaves, plus 2 stalks
  • 50ml vodka
  • 150ml ginger beer
  • 1 tbsp runny honey
  • 400ml prosecco

Method

  1. Peel 12 large strips lime zest and drop into an ice cube tray

  2. Add 1 raspberry and 1 basil leaf into each cube

  3. Fill with water and freeze until solid

  4. Pour 25ml vodka, 20ml lime juice, 1 tsp honey into each glass

  5. Mix well and add the ice cubes

  6. Top with Add 75ml ginger beer and 100ml prosecco

  7. Finish with a sprig of basil
