Mothers Day Ice Cream Cake


  • 4 x Signature Chocolate Fudge Brownies
  • 3 x 300g ice cream – vanilla, mint choc chip, strawberry
  • Sweets to garnish – Guylain Love Hearts, Milk Bar Mini Eggs, M+M Mini Eggs


  1. Remove the chocolate fudge brownies from their foil tins and set aside.
  2. Fill the foil tins with ice cream and smooth over.
  3. Place in the freezer to set solid.
  4. Remove and layer up with the brownies.
  5. Decorate with sweets.
