Orange Cocktail


  • 3 oranges 
  • 175g Greek style honey yoghurt
  • 100g condensed milk
  • 50ml Smirnoff vodka


  1. Cut 2 of the oranges in half and remove the flesh.
  2. Roughly chop and set aside.
  3. Scoop out all the membrane to leave a clean orange “shell”.
  4. Zest and juice the last orange – you need 75ml orange juice.
  5. Whisk the Greek yoghurt, condensed milk, orange zest, juice and vodka together until smooth.
  6. Divide between orange “shell’s”, and place in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
  7. Top with the reserved chopped orange and serve.
