Parmesan Crisps


  • 50g Parmesan, finely grated
  • paprika, to sprinkle


  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/Fan170°C/Gas Mark 5. Line 2 baking trays with baking parchment. Place a 7cm-8cm star shaped pastry cutter on the baking tray and fill with a thin layer of Parmesan inside the cutter. Remove the cutter. Repeat the above process until all the cheese is used. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a cooling rack. Serve sprinkled with paprika.
