Roastie Balls


  • 300g roasted potatoes/parsnips/carrots
  • 150g defrosted peas/cooked sprouts
  • 150g stuffing
  • 180g cranberry sauce
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 200ml gravy
  • 80g cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce


  1. Roughly chop all the vegetables and stuffing

  2. Tip into a bowl and mix together

  3. Add 100g cranberry sauce and season well

  4. Mix once more then divide into 12 Roll into balls

  5. Spray lightly with oil

  6. Place in air fry and cook at 200C for 10-12 mins until golden and hot

  7. Stir last 80g cranberry sauce into warm gravy

  8. Add a little chilli sauce if you fancy

  9. Serve roastie balls with spiced gravy
