Serrano Ham | Christmas Meat Recipes

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Charcuti Serrano ham
  • 4-6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 50g Bettine Mild Goat’s cheese pearls
  • 6 olives
  • 6 flat leaf parsley leaves
  • ¼ lemon, zested

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 210°C, fan 190°C, gas mark 7.
  2. Gently fold the serrano ham into each hole in a 6 hole muffin tin.
  3. Roast for 15 minutes until crispy.
  4. Remove and allow to cool a little to firm up.
  5. Fill with the cherry tomatoes, goat’s cheese and olives.
  6. Top with parsley and lemon zest and serve.
