Spicy Sticky Sausages


  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 2 x 400g Jack’s Lincolnshire/Traditional Pork/Cumberland sausages
  • 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
  • 3 tbsp roughly chopped coriander


  1. Heat a frying pan until hot.

  2. Add the oil and sausages.

  3. Fry for 10 minutes until golden brown and hot through.

  4. Add sweet chilli sauce, teriyaki sauce and coriander stalks.

  5. Spoon the mixture over the sausages.

  6. Cook for 5 minutes until sticky, golden brown and cooked through.

  7. Add coriander leaves and toss.

  8. Serve straightaway with mash if you fancy.
