Ingredients
- 200g ripe strawberries, hulled and roughly chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 80ml vanilla vodka
- 300ml Italian rose sparkling wine

Method

Place the strawberries, lemon juice and vanilla vodka into a food blender and blitz until totally smooth.

Divide between 2 glasses then top with the rose sparkling wine.

Garnish with a strawberry and serve straightaway.
