Strawberry Treat Jar


  • 225g strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 225g Yeo Valley strawberry yoghurt
  • 3 dark chocolate hobnobs
  • 50g dark chocolate, roughly chopped


  1. Divide ¾ of the strawberries between 2 glasses.
  2. Top with the yoghurt.
  3. Crumble the hobnobs over the top.
  4. Top with the last of the strawberries.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave.
  6. Drizzle over the top to cover totally.
  7. Place in the fridge until the chocolate has set – about 30 minutes.

Crack the top and enjoy!
