Stuffed Bagels


  • 2 sesame bagels
  • ½ pack garlic and herb soft cheese (165g)
  • 30g butter
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed


  1. Preheat the oven to 210°C, fan 190°
  2. Make 8 slashes into the bagel (not all the way through)
  3. Fill the gaps with garlic and herb soft cheese.
  4. Melt the butter and stir in parsley and garlic.
  5. Place onto an oven tray.
  6. Drizzle the butter over the stuffed bagel then season with black pepper.
  7. Place in the oven for 10 minutes until golden and oozing.
