Sweet Xmas Tree


  • 3 x 290g Jack’s Madeira cake
  • 200g Jack’s strawberry jam
  • 1 x 400g Betty Crocker vanilla icing
  • 1 bag strawberry laces/millions sweets
  • 1 pack Glittery Christmas Icing pens


  1. Cut cake lengthways in half and then half again to make 4 thick slices

  2. Repeat with the other 2 cakes

  3. Sandwich each 2 slices together with jam

  4. Cut the edges at an angle

  5. Lay the slices onto a board in the shape of a Christmas tree shape

  6. Spread vanilla icing all over to cover totally

  7. Decorate with sweets and icing pens
