Tia Maria Dessert Cocktail


  • 200g chocolate ice cream (or vanilla or salted caramel ice cream)
  • 100ml Tia Maria
  • 1 tbsp chocolate sauce
  • 10g chilli chocolate


  1. Spoon the ice cream into a food blender then add the Tia Maria and blitz until smooth.

  2. Pour into cocktail glasses and drizzle the chocolate sauce across the top.

  3. Finish with a grating of chilli chocolate.
