- 6 medium tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- pinch of paprika
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- tomato puree
- basil leaves
Roughly chop 6 medium tomatoes and place in a saucepan with 2 crushed garlic cloves and a pinch of paprika.
Add 3 tbsp olive oil and a good squeeze of tomato puree. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Finally stir in the basil leaves and season to taste. Allow to cool completely. Serve with hot dogs and burgers.
