Veggie One Pan Pasta


  • 2 x 440g Jack’s bolognaise sauce
  • 660ml water 
  • 240g Jack’s frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 x 400g tin lentils
  • 360g Jack’s fusilli pasta
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 100g Jack’s grated mozzarella


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
  2. Pour bolognaise sauce into an ovenproof dish.
  3. Fill one jar with water and add to the dish.
  4. Fill second jar half full with water and add to the dish.
  5. Add the frozen vegetables and lentils and mix together.
  6. Add the pasta, mix together and season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Scatter the mozzarella over the top.
  8. Cover tightly with foil.
  9. Place in the oven to bake for 35-40 minutes until the pasta is tender.
